Abstract

Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cumini, isolated from different cumin growing areas of Rajasthan, showed banding pattern of dissociated DNA in RAPD analysis. The numbers of bands generated were primer and isolate dependant and ranged from 2–17. The level of polymorphism was 99.4%. The range of similarity was found between 0.000 (isolate A1 & A3 and A1 & A6) to 1.000 (A3 and A6). Isolate A2 was found to have higher value of similarity index with most of the isolates.
