Abstract

Differential treatment planning is an open, creative process. Adult patients present atypical dental problems dictating unique approaches to treatment. Atypical extraction was done in adolescent female patient having severe crowding in both upper and lower arches. Excellent clinical results were achieved in Angle's Class II division 1, subdivision leftside crowding case.
