Turner's hypoplasia is a developmental anomaly usually seen in permanent teeth. Its appearance is erratic and is manifested as a diminished portion of enamel. It usually affects one or more teeth and is referred to as ‘Turner's tooth’. The etiology is multifactorial but trauma and infection are the main factors. We report two rare cases of Turner's hypoplasia, associated with history of trauma to the primary teeth. This article stresses the importance of early detection of enamel hypoplasia and proper management so as to prevent concomitant pulp pathosis in the affected permanent tooth.
