Glandular odontogenic cyst (GOC) though rare, commonly is seen in the anterior mandibular region. Radiographically, it maybe unilocular or multilocular with well defined borders. It was first described by Gardener et.al in 1988. GOC has gained special attention because of its aggressive behavior and its histopathological overlapping. Here we report three cases of glandular odontogenic cyst with brief a review of the literature.
