Orbital floor and rim fracture is a common association with Zygomatic complex fracture, LeFort II and LeFort III fracture. Fractures of the orbital floor may cause severe aesthetic and functional deformities, and present with diplopia, enophthalmos, restriction of the ocular movements and impaired facial appearance. Defects of the orbital floor can be reconstructed with either autografts or synthetic materials. Titanium mesh is a good choice for reconstruction without donor site morbidity. Intra-operative time for contouring the titanium mesh over the fractured orbital floor can be reduced by pre-operative adaptation of the titanium mesh over the skull model, by approximately simulating the patient's orbit.
