This article reports an interesting case of foreign body granuloma in a 38 year old female presenting with a swelling of upper lip. History of recurrent swellings in the same region was present. Histopathological examination revealed numerous foreign body and Langhans giant cells diagnostic of foreign body granuloma although the history was non contributory to the entry of any foreign agent.
