An evaluative research approach with pre-experimental design was used for the study. The study was conducted at selected areas of Vadodara city. The sample comprised of 60 barbers. Sample was selected by using Non-probability convenient purposive technique. In the pre test, barbers were having on average 45.93% knowledge regarding HIV/AIDS and mean score was 11.48±3.95. In the post test, barbers were having on average 77.60% knowledge regarding HIV/AIDS and mean score was 19.40±2.40. The study also reveals that there is only one demographic variable that is education was significantly associated with post test knowledge score.
