Abstract

Pregnancy is not something that is related to only giving birth but it also includes a second birth of the woman. It is a precious time to take special care of the body as it concerns with two lives. The researcher aims to assess the effect of selected antenatal exercises on outcome of labour among primigravida mothers. 100 primigravida mothers were selected and divided into experimental (50) and control group (50). Intervention of antenatal exercises was given for experimental group only. The outcome of labour was assessed in both groups. The study result showed that there is significant difference between outcome of labour of experimental and control group that concludes the positive effect of antenatal exercises on outcome of labour.
