The low numbers of this achievement, so that the Padang Bulan Public Health Center conducted crawl suspected Tuberculosis by involving community participation, including volunteers to increase coverage of tuberculosis case finding, but its implementation is still not all cadres take an active role in the discovery of suspected Tuberculosis. This research wasdone on August to October 2016. The population was all cadre in the territory of Padang Bulan Public Health Center of Medan Baru Subdistrict amounting to 276 people. The sampling technique was proportionate random sampling to get 163 respondents. The dependent variable was Tuberculosis suspect identification and the independentvariables were knowledge, attitude and cadre motivation. The research instruments were questioner. The data analysis method was multiple linear regressions. There was positive and significant correlation between knowledge, and motivation of cadre with the Tuberculosis suspect identification in The Padang Bulan Public Health Center. There was positive and significant correlation between knowledge, and motivation of cadre with Tuberculosis suspect identification, so that suggested to Regency Health Authority to include cadre activity on the Tuberculosis suspect identification to increase coverage. For the Padang Bulan Public Health Center was suggested to increase the knowledge, the motivation of cadre by improved health education or to continue training and by program officer facilitating on the activities.
