In this fast moving world mobile phones and its usage is an unavoidable part of life. Information and communication technology is continuous to expand the boundaries of higher education in to an any time/any where experience. Cell phones are becoming common place in collage class rooms and even in student's life. As the years go by, human life is also changing constantly, mobile phone were previously seen only among few high school students and they were considered as something lavish, then slowly, now ever the average or a common man on street like to have cell phone.
