Abstract

Management of Infectious diseases continues to be a challenge in India. Nurses play a major role in managing patients with infectious diseases. Rhinosporidiosis is a condition which predominantly affects the mucous membrane of the nasopharynx. The chronicity of the disease and the surgical management require vital contribution of the nurses in caring patients with rhinosporidiosis. This case report discusses briefly about the disease condition of Rhinosporidiosis and the nursing management of patient with Rhinosporidiosis applying nursing process.
