Assessment of Susceptibility to Hypertension among Staff Nurses Related to Selected Stress Factors

The study was conducted to assess the susceptibility to hypertension among staff nurses related to selected stress factors, working at M.K.C.G. Medical College Hospital, Berhampur, Orissa. A descriptive survey with cross sectioned design was adopted. A total of 100 samples were included in the study. Convenient sampling technique was used. A structured questionnaire was administered. It was found that there is significant association between susceptibility to hypertension related to stress factors and demographic variables.
