Later Pre-test & Post- test was conducted before and after structured teaching Programme. The data collected was analyzed.

Results showed that the pretest mean knowledge score was 27.94, posttest mean knowledge score was 48.11, and the pretest mean attitude score was 87.1, posttest mean attitude score was 61.8. The significance of the findings was obtained by using paired‘t'test, the value of pretest and posttest of knowledge and attitude was found significant at 0.001 level, emphasizing the significant improvement in knowledge and positive attitude of adolescents towards lifestyle changes for preventing spread of HIV/AIDS. The study showed that there was significant association found between the mean pretest knowledge and attitude score of adolescents with selected socio-demographic variables.
