Abstract

Different Treatment Modalities Have Been Proposed in literature For Root Fractures. This case report describes the treatment of a horizontal mid-root fractured incisor with a permanent fixation technique. The major challenge that hinders the success of endodontic implants is achieving a satisfactory apical seal. In the mentioned case report this particular problem was taken care by use.of MTA. So the authors believe that endodontic implants should be considered a viable option once other conservative treatment modalities have been exhausted.
