The purpose of this paper is to highlight and share my experience with a new technique i.e revascularization of necrotic infected immature permanent teeth with periapical pathosis. Revascularization was successfully achieved in vivo by disinfecting the canal with copious irrigation and local application of poly antibiotic pasteand effective coronal sealing. Once canal was completely disinfected,the blood clot scaffold was introduced from the periapex to act as matrix followed by an effective coronal seal. It lead to formation of apical barrier, achieving appropriate crown root ratio and thickening of canal walls thus leading to physiological strengthening of teeth and making them resistant to fracture.
