Aneurysmal bone cyst is an expansile osteolytic giant cell lesion usually affecting the long bones and the vertebrae. Its occurrence in the craniofacial region is rare. One such case in the left mandibular angle region which reported to the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at National Dental College, Derabassi, Punjab was managed conservatively and is presented as a case report. A brief account of eitiopathogenesis, differential diagnosis and various treatment modalities for ABCs have also been discussed in this article.
