In this research, amount of neutron energy deposition in a NaI(Tl) crystal with different sizes has been calculated by using MCNP-4C code. Then the rate of atoms displacement in the crystals has been evaluated by a FORTRAN program based on Kinchin-Pease Model. The number of displacement atoms depends on radiation damage of neutron sources directly.
