The aim of this study was to compare and examine the Hemato-Physiological parameters between highly physically active students and moderately physically active students. Six (6) SAl football students as highly physically active group (HG) and six (6) professional physical education students as moderately physically active group (MG) with an average age of 22.16±1.85 have acted as the subjects in this study voluntarily. With prior information, blood samples of subjects have been taken on an empty stomach in laboratory between 7: 00-8: 00 in the morning. Levels of Leukocytes (WEC), Erythrocytes (RBC) ond Plalelels (PLT) parameters were determined by using auto-analyzer andcooper's 12 min run walk test was taken to measure the aerobic capacity of the students. Measurement results were presented as average and standard deviation. Student t-test for dependant samples was used in order to make a comparison between HG and MG values. P<O. Ol value was ’considered to be significant. The result ofthe study revealed that, there was a significance difference in Hemoglobin%, PCY; MCH, platelet, Neutrophil%, Lymphocyte% and Aerobic capacity among HG and MG. Although some blood cells of highly physically active group and moderately physically active group were in the reference range, it is thought that differences of blood cell counts of magnitude is related to different exercise programs followed for long duration of time.
