Badminton is one of those sports which have very limited number of skills and movement patterns but to be champion in the sports one need to be the master of the skills and that is not an easy task. Twenty (n=20) male badminton players were purposively selected for the study from LNIPE; Gwalior Badminton match practice group. The group was comprised of 10 beginner level and 10 advance level badminton players. The selected kinematic variables were Height of Centre of gravity, Angle of right ankle joint, Angle of right knee joint, Angle of hip joint, Angle of right shoulder joint and Angle of right elbow joint. For analysis of difference between kinematic variables of badminton overhead clear between beginner and advanced level players, independent-sample t test was used by means of SPss software package. In case of height of centre of gravity the value of t-statistics is 2.492 and it is significant as the value of p-value is 0.023 which is less than 0.05. In case of the variable angle of right ankle joint, it can be seen that the value of t-statistics is 12.366. The p-value is 0.000 which is less than 0.05. The researcher againfound significant difference result for the variable angle of right shoulder joint. Here the t-statistics is 4.465 and p-value is 0.000. After analysis of the data the researcher comes to the conclusion that among the selected kinematic variables, Height of centre of gravity. Angle of right ankle joint and Angle of right shoulder jointhave exhibited significant difference.
