The purpose of this study was to examine the seasonal changes in selected physiological parameters of football players. For the purpose of the present study 20 football players were selected from elites blue club Baramulla Kashmir. The age of the subjects were ranging from 18–25. The subjects were measured for vital capacity, respiratory rate and heart rate during the summer and winter season. Results showed that Vital capacity, respiratory rate and heart rate increased significantly as the calculated t value was 6.31, 8.48 and 9.73 respectively, during the summer season. The results of this study suggest that moderate improvements were observed in vital capacity whereas higher improvements were observed in respiratory rate and heart rate during the summer season.
