Competitive sports anxiety in sports is common and it's the state of worry, nervousness, or unease, about competitive sport events.It is well known that sport has the potential for high level of stress and anxiety, equally sport-related anxiety has become an integral part of a competitive athlete's performance1.In the present study researcher tried to evaluate the competitive sports anxiety level between shooting and archery players age ranging from 1822years who participated at university level. The participants were selected from Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education Gwalior and Guwahati respectively. T-test was employed as the statistical tool at 0.05 as level of significance. Where obtained p-value=0.103 which infers insignificant difference among anxiety scores of shooter's and archer's. The result of the study revealed that there is no a significant difference in the Competitive sports anxiety between shooters and archers.
