A variety of sports and games place a premium on health and fitness. This study's goal is to evaluate the health habits of female students at Panjab University who live on campus and those who do not in order to identify any notable disparities.
The sample consists of two hundred (N = 200) under-graduate and post-graduate female students who were residential or non-residential on campus. The random sampling method was applied for the selection of the female subjects whose ages ranged from 17–23 years.
For the health style sub-variables of total health style, spiritual health, and occupational health, there was a significant difference between residential and non-residential girls' pupils (p > 0.05).
The researcher highlights that a lot of University students have a big problem with their healthy lifestyle routines, specifically eating habits such as skipping breakfast, eating snacks, and drinking tea is more, physical inactivity and smoking are significant threat issues found amongst University students.
