This study examined the effects of throw ball practice com-bined with neuromuscular drills on upper body muscular endurance of school girls. Thirty school girls, aged with 12 to 14 years were selected from Alagappa Fitness Foundation, Karaikudi, Tamilnadu. They were divided into two training group and a control group. Both the training group underwent six weeks(five days in a week)of stipu-lated trainings namely throw ball practice (TP) and throw ball practice combined with neuromuscular drills(TP+NMD) respectively. The control group did not practice any specific type of training. The upper body muscular endurance was tested by modified push up to the sub-jects before and after the start of the training. The data collected base-line and after the training was analyzed with paired sample t test. Ad-justed posttest mean differences were analyzed with analysis of co-variance (ANCOVA). The superiority effect was found using Scheffe's Post Hoc test. The results of the study indicated that the six weeks of throw ball game practice and throw ball game practice com-bined with neuromuscular drills were improved the capacity of mus-cular endurance in school girls.
