The purpose of the study was to find out the impact of pra-nayama on coordinative efficiency of cricketers from Abu Region of Rajasthan. In this research paper the researcher has explained reaction ability as the variable of coordinative efficiencies. For this study the researcher selected 100 cricket players aged 18 to 25 from schools, colleges, universities, and cricket clubs in the Abu region. The players were divided into two groups: Pranayama Group and Control Group. The Pranayama Group underwent an eight-week Pranayama training program conducted by the research scholar, while the Control Group did not receive this training. The Reaction Ability Efficiency was measured using the Ball Reaction Exercise Test before and after the training period. The findings indicate statistically significant im-provements in reaction ability efficiency among players who under-went Pranayama training compared to those who did not.
