The purpose of the study was to compare the leg lift among individual game players and team game players of Nagpur University. To solve the purpose, 200 male players of Nagpur University, 100 individual game players, and 100 team game players of the age range of 18 to 25 years were selected randomly. Leg lift was measured with a strength dynamometer, usually composed of a cable tensiometer. It is concluded from the findings of the study that the players of the team game were better in terms of leg lift and differed significantly from those of the individual game players, as the obtained p-value (0.000) was less than 0.05.
