The purpose of this research study was to study the effects of circuit training and plyometric training on the flexibility of students. Students of 9th to 12th standard of Royal Secondary School of Dhoraji taluka of Rajkot district were selected as subjects in this research study. This research study was limited to 14 to 17 year old students. A total of 90 subjects were selected in this research study. In this research study, the first group was subjected to circuit training, the second group was subjected to plyometric training and the third group was kept as a control group. In the standard of measurement flexibility was measured by running test sit and reach. One way analysis of covariance (One Way Analysis of Covariance) test was applied to find out the effects on circuit training group and plyometric training group. Differences between means were tested at 0.05 level by Least Significant Difference Post Hoc test. The conclusion of which was seen as follows. A 12-week circuit training and plyometric training program of the method showed significant improvement in flexibility in subjects selected.
