Abstract

This is the 21st century and in today’s demanding world Students face many challenges that affect their overall well-being and academic performance in very bad way. In this innovative world students are under a lot of strain and stress, students are facing many types of stress during school, college and home environment, through this student can’t balance their personal and educational life. Students migrate to other cities for their further studies, they leave their hometown and family members and then facing home sickness which leads to emotional stress on students and at some situations it changes into aggression and they are not able to calm their mind and overthinking to overcome from these problems, best way is yogic exercises. Objective of yoga is to handle the stress and anxiety by calming the mind and relieving the pressure of study from students mind. Yoga helps to improve their concentration level and helps to perform perfectly in their education field and helps to achieve their goal. Objective of yoga in students Life is to dealing with workload and pressure. It develops Positive thinking, self-regulation and mental peace.
