The purpose of the study to evaluate the “Effects of kid’s circuit training and neuromuscular training on explosive power of school children”. To achieve the purpose of the study, thirty school boys in the age group of 12 to 14 were selected as subject at random. The subject was selected from Govt. High School Puthuppatti, thiruppathur taluk, Sivagangai, Tamilnadu. The study was formulated as pre and post-test random group design, in which thirty school boys were divided into three equal groups. The experimental group-1 (n=10, kct) underwent kids circuit training. the experimental group-2 (n=10, Nmt) underwent neuromuscular training and group 3 served as control group (n=10, cg) did not undergo any specific training. The Explosive power was chosen as a criterion variable and it was tested by Standing broad jump test the performance was recorded in meters .The selected subjects were performed 6 week training in a week 5 days .The pre and post test data were analysed with one way analysis of covariance The level of significance was fixed at 0.05 level.
