The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of Physical Education program on the development of selected physiological variables of B.p.ed students. To achieve the purpose 58 male students were selected as subjects at random from Degree College of Physical Education, Mahemdabad Dist: Kheda, Gujarat and their ages ranged from 21 to 25 years. The Physical Education program has been carried out as per the B.p.ed practical program of Degree college of physical Education, Mahemdabad. The Training was given for a period of 14 weeks. The following are the selected Physiological variables; Resting heart rate, Exercise heart rate, Resting respiratory rate and Vital capacity. The data were collect from a pre – test and post – test on Physiological variables before and after the training program. The obtained data's were analyzed by analysis of “T” test to find out the pre-test and post-test mean difference. The level of significant was fixed at 0.05 levels. Based on the result of the study it was concluded that the Physical Education program produced a significant development on the physiological variables.
