The main purpose of the study was to see the attitude of the organizers, parents and players of Kashmir Valley towards women participation in sports. The subjects for the study were 1500 hundred parents, 1500 female players and 550 organizers selected randomly from northern part of Kashmir province and were categorized in three groups named parent group, player group and organizers group. For collecting the data the Edington's Attitude Scale was used as tool. Descriptive statistics and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was used. The 5% level of significance was chosen for the study. The Fourth part of the Edington's Attitude Scale was Attitude towards Aim related Aspects. It was concluded from the findings of the study that the Players Attitude towards Aims Related Aspects was better in comparison to Parents and Organisers.
