A comparative study of speed and agility of the state level players of yoga, gymnastics and mallkhambh of Gujarat state

The aim was A Comparative Study of Speed and Agility of the State Level Players of Yoga, Gymnastics and Mallkhambh of Gujarat Stat. Gujarat State level players of Yoga, Gymnastics and Mallkhambh were selected as subject for the study. The Measurement for speed for 50 yard running and Agility for Shuttle run. To compare the components of common motor ability and anthropometry factors the of State level players of Yoga, Gymnastics and Mallkhambh on applying analysis of variance test the significant standard was checked at 0.05 level. And on applying the LSD post test to the mean difference the significant standard was checker at 0.05 level. Hence, data of all three groups of Gujarat state level male players of yoga, gymnastics and Mallkhambh was found at regular interval and therefore no difference in speed was observed. Thus, difference in agility was observed in the state level male players of yoga, gymnastics and Mallkhambh.
