The objective of the present study was to find out the effects of low and moderate intensities of aquatic plyometric training combined with yogic practices on speed of junior athletes. To achieve this purpose, forty five junior boys’ athletes from Navanirman Public School, Vazhakkala, Kakkanad, Ernakulum (Dist.), Kerala were selected as subject at random. The selected subjects were assigned to, two experimental group and a control group of each 15. The experimental group-1 (n=15, LIAPT-YP) meant for low intensity of aquatic plyometric training combined with yogic practices, experimental group-2 (n=15, MIAPT-YP) meant for moderate intensity of aquatic plyometric training combined with yogic practices. The third group (n=15, CG) served for control purpose. The speed parameter was chosen as a criterion variable for this study and same was tested by 40 meters sprint test, performance was recorded in 1/10seconds. The training period of this intervention was three alternative days in a week for twelve weeks. The pre and post test random design was adopted. Paired sample t-test has been used for finding significant pre test to post test mean difference in each group of speed. ANCOVA was done for finding significant adjusted post test mean different of groups on speed after eliminating the effect due to initial pre test scores. Scheffe's Post Hoc test was used to find out pair-wise comparisons between groups. To test the hypothesis 0.05 level of significant was fixed in this study. The study revealed that the twelve weeks training interventions of low and moderate intensities of aquatic plyometric would significantly influence the speed performance junior boys athletes
