Effect of selected yogic practices and circuit resistance training on selected physical, physiological, psychological variables among University men players were selected as the topics. Further, 45 men students were selected as the subjects from Alagappa University. Their age ranged from 18 yrs. to 25 yrs and they were selected on random sampling methods. In this study 45 men students were selected. The selected subjects were equally divided into three groups’ namely experimental group I, experimental group II and control group. Intentional programmers of yogic practices to experimental group I and circuit resistance Training for experimental group II and the control group was not given any experimental treatment. After the experimental period of twelve weeks, post-tests scores were obtained from all the three groups. The difference between initial and final scores on yogic group, circuit resistance Training group, physical, physiological and psychological variables were selected in this study Analysis of “co-variance” was used in this study. The level of significance was fixed at 0.05 level of confidence. The Scheffe's post hoc test was used to find out the paired mean significant difference.
