Study was done to examine the psychological fitness profiles of Kabaddi and Kho-Kho of University levels from Haryana. Investigation was conducted on 200 male players (100 from each game) of 18–25 age groups from four Universities viz., Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak, Guru Jambeshwar University, Hissar, and Ch. Devi Lal University, Sirsa. Aggression; Anxiety; and Adjustment (health and emotional adjustment) of the players were examined by standard tests and tools with the support of physical education teachers, coaches and expert players. The Kabaddi and Kho-Kho players had similar home adjustment and health adjustment; however, Kabaddi players were more aggressive Kho-Kho players. The Kho-Kho players had better emotional adjustment than Kabaddi players who were more emotional. The study revealed that Kabaddi players were psychologically more fit compared to Kho-Kho players. The results of investigation can serve to devise training modules for enhancing performance of the players of the two games.
