The objective of the present study was to find out the effects of low and moderate intensities of aquatic plyometric training combined with yogic practices on explosive power of junior athletes. To achieve this purpose, forty five junior boys’ athletes from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Gandhinagar, Gujrat were selected as subject at random. The selected subjects were assigned to, two experimental group and a control group of each 15. The experimental group-1 (n=15, LIAPT-YP) meant for low intensity of aquatic plyometric training combined with yogic practices, experimental group-2 (n=15, MIAPT-YP) meant for moderate intensity of aquatic plyometric training combined with yogic practices. The third group (n=15, CG) served for control purpose. The explosive power was chosen as a criterion variable for this study and same was tested by vertical jump test and performance was recorded in centimeters. The training period of this intervention was three alternative days in a week for twelve weeks. The pre and post test random design was adopted. Hence the collected pre and post test data on speed was calculated by one way analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) for observe the overall significant difference if any among the three groups. The level of significant was fixed 0.05 levels. The study revealed that the twelve weeks training interventions of low and moderate intensities of aquatic plyometric would significantly influence the explosive power performance junior boys athletes
