Comparative study of anthropometric physiological and psychological factors of sportsman of private and government schools in tribal area

In this study comparative analysis of anthropometric, physiological and psychological actors of sportsman private and government schools in tribal area of Rajasthan has been studied. 200 male players (100 from private schools and 100 from government schools) who had represented their tehsils at Rajasthan state school level competitions were selected as subjects at random and their age was between 15–19 years. The Anthropometric variables (Leg Length, Arm Length and Arm Span), Physiological Variables (Blood Pressure, Pulse Rate and Total Lungs Capacity) and Psychological Factors (Task and Ego Orientation in Sports) was selected for measurement and comparison. In this study Leg Length has been represented. The results found no significance difference found in the Leg Length of sportsmen from tribal areas of Rajasthan, as the obtained ‘t’ value was less than the tabulated ‘t’ value.
