The short note deals with identification of several promlsmg accessions for different economic traits, viz, days to 50% flowering, maturity, plant height, primary branches per plant, main shoot length, seeds per siliqua, siliqua length/breadth, biological yield, yield per plant, harvest index 1000 seed weight and oil content etc. It revealed that potantial of existing germplasm in developing high yielding genotypes through hybridization followed by selection to combine the desirable traits of different promising accessions.
