The present study was accomplished on 76 patients withdifferent autoimmune diseases, all patients were with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (JRA). Thyroid function (TF), thyroglobuline antibodies (TGA) and antitissuetransglutaminase antibodies (AGA) were estimated by enzyme linked immunosorbant assay (ELISA). Twenty nine patients (38.2%) were with hypothyroidism, 16 (21.1%) were with autoimmune thyroiditis and 31 (40.7%) were with celiac disease. It could be concluded that the above immunological and biochemical markers are of importance for early diagnosis to some autoimmune diseases.
