Abstract

Ameloblastoma is a benign epithelial odontogenic tumour which has many histological variants. “Unicystic Hemangioamleloblastoma is a rare variant” which shows unique histopathological features varying from conventional ameloblastoma. This present case is of a 30-year-old male patient with a swelling extended in the right-side body of lesion, angle of the mandible region with egg shell crackling. It was extended anteriorly up to the corner of the mouth, posteriorly up to the ramus of the mandible and inferiorly to lower border of the mandible. It has mixed radiolucent-opacity, which on enucleation histopathologically revealed ameloblastomatous areas with extensive vascular component.
