Abstract

Dry socket is a commons post-extraction complication developing within may 48 by of extraction very severe re reverberate pain. Most frequently occurs in the mandible 3rd molar region. Males show a lower incidence of occurrence than funds. Helotism is almost always a parent. Treatment of dry socket rinsing of the socket with Chlorhexidine or Saline Water, placement of ZOE paste or allergy above & inspirit of a home rising of the socket with chill & saline water.
