Wegner's Granulomatosis (WG) is an autoimmune disease known to be affecting the upper and lower respiratory tract, lungs and kidney. About 5–10% of these cases revealed oral manifestations as the first symptoms. Manifestations included granulomatous gingivitis, erythematous papules, mucosal necrosis and nonspecific ulcer as the most prominent features. We hereby report a thought-provoking and an uncommon case of strawberry gingiva presenting as the first clinical manifestation of localised WG.
