To study clinical manifestation of hyper and rogenism in adult male with acne.30 patients were included in the study. Informed consent was obtained from all patients. we were looking for clinical manifestation of hyperandrogenism in male above 18 years of age. Among 30 patients 21 patients had acanthosis nigricans, 20 had alopecia, 22 had seborrhea. To conclude, male patients above 18 years of age with acne were presented with clinical manifestation of hyperandrogenism.
