Awareness of knowledge of saliva as a Diagnostic tool.
This survey is done to see the importance & awareness of Saliva tests in India. It was the survey asking about people's opinion of saliva test and their views about this test in future.
Questionnaire of 14 questions ask to 130 people in Dy Patil dental college from 19–50 years of age.
To know if this saliva test has a scope of being popular and accurate as blood or urine test in future.
Saliva testing is not that popular, as this study proved that only 51% knew about it. People aren't aware about the use of saliva test and they aren't sure about its accuracy level. It should also be reached out to large part of the community by various platforms. The more the research about saliva testing better it will be.
