Fixed procedure follow-up care is a part of nursing care that has been simplified into a standard form so that all nursing action services can be done professionally both in terms of effectiveness, and efficiency. Application of fixed procedures for wound care at the General Hospital Doc II Jayapura area for each treatment action is very different, this difference is based and adjusted to the type of disease or health problems experienced by the client. Implementation of fixed procedures care actions can be continuously updated and developed along with the development of science and technology in the field of nursing.
