Oral mucosal lesions are common these days due to the exposure to limitless environmental insults. Most of the oral mucosal lesionsare present in the buccal mucosa, tongue, palate, alveolar mucosa, floor of the mouth are benign, premalignant or malignant..
A 42 year old patient came with a chief complaint of whitish plaque in the right buccal mucosa which happened to occur due to parafunctional habit. But on further investigation it was proved to be well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma of right buccal mucosa. Conclusion:
