Lymhangioma is a benign malformation of the lymphatic channels. The anterior two -third on the dorsal surface of the tongue is the most common site for intra oral lymphangioma leading to macroglossia. We present a case of lymhangiomatous macroglossia in a 25 year old male who underwent surgical excision of the lesion followed by a primary closure. On follow-up after, there was an improved tongue appearance and good tongue function.
