This study examines the data about the synthesis of polypyrrole/Cr2O3 doped nanocomposites (NCs) as a protecting color in organic coatings. Polypyrrole/Cr2O3 doped NCs were set up by in situ chemical oxidative polymerization of pyrrole monomer. Here dopant Cr2O3 nanoparticles (NPs) were orchestrated by arrangement ignition technique utilizing Aloe-vera gel as fuel with ammonium per sulfate (APS) as oxidant. Diverse convergences of Cr2O3 (10–50 wt %) NPs were fused into the polypyrrole. The combined nanocomposites were described by methods for powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) and Scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The measure of the NPs were computed by Scherer strategy, and observed to associate with 20 nm. TEM results are in predictable with the XRD results. The morphology of the got composites demonstrates the permeable and agglomerated particles which are because of vast measure of gas advancement amid NPs synthesis by arrangement burning strategy and electrical properties were considered.
