The purpose of this study was to evaluate relationships between trust-forming factors, leader trust, university trust, university satisfaction, and maintenance of relationship in university physical education courses.
Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were conducted to explain participants’ characteristics and questionnaire using PASW (ver. 18.0).
The result of this study was as follows. First, trust-forming factors affecting leader trust were faithfulness and good will and trust-forming factors affecting university trust were faithfulness. Second, leader trust significantly affected university trust. Third, leader trust and university trust all significantly affected university satisfaction. Fourth, university satisfaction significantly affected maintenance of relationship.
A university plays an important role in providing a good quality of service and may need efforts to improve the quality of education services. Also, it is determined that the roles and responsibilities of university faculty members as a leader are important.
