Electronic health records (EHRs) have led to a major transformation in the health care sector. EHRs have progressed the person of supply within the varied health care groups. While recognizing the modifications in health care zone, this research studied the implementation and additionally using EHRs in four advanced countries, the United States (USA), United Kingdom (UK) and Australia and one growing Iraq.
