The study aims to assess mother's knowledge toward autism children and construct an program for mother's according to their assessment needs the planned-teaching regarding autistic child in autism center in AL-Nasiriya city. A quasi experimental study was used for the present study which was carried out from 20th November 2017 to the 1st August 2018 in order to determine Effectiveness of Planned Teaching Program regarding Autistic Child in Mothers Knowledge in Thi-Qar Autistic Center in AL-Nasiriya City, a purposive (non-probability) sample was used in this study the sample composed of (60) mothers accompanied their autistic children include (30) sample for study group and (30) sample for control group. The validity of the questionnaire was obtained through a panel of experts and the internal consistency reliability was achieved through the application of Alpha Correlation Coeffcient (r=O. 76) which was statistically acceptable. The results indicated that mothers had moderate level of knowledge about the child of autism for all items of the scale before apply program. After apply program there are no signifcant correlation between age, gender, level of education, social status, number of autistic children, mother's profession and between mother's knowledge about autism.
